Halifax Academy Sports and Activities Foundation is set up to help furhter provide the students at Halifax Academy with a more rewarding school experience. Halifax Academy Sports and Activities Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that benefits students who attend Halifax Academy by providing them with the opportunity to participate in clubs, athletic activities, social functions and events (i.e. dances and dinners), as well as other school sponsored organizations and extracurricular activities. This is accomplished by providing the funds, buildings, fields, and equiptment necessary for these endevours.

Halifax Academy Sports and Activities Foundation is run by a board of directors that oversees various fundraising activities. The board also decides the most appropriate way to spend its funds to best suit the needs of the students. The board is compromised of seven people, all volunteers, chosen from parents, teachers, local business persons, and administrators of Halifax Academy.
