"The Choice of Quality Education"

Academics

Halifax Academy uses varied curricula to address the individual needs of our students. Each student has a program that utilizes appropriate academic levels for their success. Students may work on remedial materials to address difficulties or may be placed in more advanced books depending on each individuals needs.

Our curriculum has been developed through the use of research and trial and error over many years. In addition to the individualized system that addresses learning styles, our course offerings include subjects aligned with the Florida Sunshine Standards.

Students at Halifax Academy have the opportunity to dual enroll at DSC (Daytona State College) during their sophomore, junior and senior years. This allows the student to receive both a high school and college credit for successfully completed courses.
